When I think about the journey of health you are embarking on with us I am reminded of when my health journey began. The reason I began to pursue health was because I was suffering from auto immune disease, allergies, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, adrenal burnout and hormonal dysfunction. Now that disease and suffering has ended for me, at age 58 I am living the promise of abundant health. Because of what I went through I know that any health challenge that you are facing can be overcome.
The importance of teamwork is crucial for success in the pursuit of health. Finding a friend or group that you can talk to about your health and share your goals with is empowering, encouraging and provides healthy reminders for you. We now have two big goals that we have been working on for years which are now available. We are excited to offer our first Health Retreat at our 3 acre home in Magnolia Texas. Amy and I are so excited to help people experience a deeper level of health and set goals with a plan to achieve them.
The second goal is to establish a community and corporate wellness plan that works in business and the church. Our community and corporate wellness program is designed to work at the group level. We will begin these programs in September 2017. We are excited to begin helping the people in community who don’t realize they even need help before the disease and destruction phase even begin.
