Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

This blend is great for anyone with compromised gut function from IBS, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. It’s also great if you want to address overall inflammation in the body. It is full of  nutrients and addresses any potential deficiencies that may be present.

Recipe:

2 scoops UltraInflamX
2 tsp flax oil
6 pieces pineapple
1/4 cup strawberries
Mix in ice and water to desired thickness.
(Use almond, macadamia or coconut milk if more calories are desired instead of water.)

Detoxification Elite

We live in a toxic world, so the need to detox is always present. Enjoy this blend and give your body the extra support it needs to get rid of the bad, and keep the good!

Recipe:

2 tsp flax Oil
10 cherries
1/4 cup strawberries
Mix in ice and water to desired thickness.
