- 1/2 red cabbage
- 2 apples
- 2 stalks of celery
- Handful of parsley
- 2-3 whole carrots
- 1 broccoli crown
- 1/3 head cauliflower
This broom salad is a great option to add as a side dish to a lunch or dinner. Place all ingredients in food processor, and mix as desired. For a great sauce, add 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar to 2 tablespoons Amy’s Sensational Sauce (click here to view recipe), and spoon onto salad. This salad is so full of fiber and nutrients it will sweep you clean!
